
Choreography-Inspired Cardio
Jan 01, 2021Dance is an activity that gets your body moving and your heart pumping. It is only natural that the two would come together for a fun and effective workout. My Shaun T dance workout gave a sweat that was awesome.
It also allows me to focus mentally on something other than the outside world. Utilizing dance and other forms or movements creates a zone for me at least where I can be free and build multiple muscles at the same time. I find myself refreshed and recharged after these type of workouts. Which leads me to thought. Many of the challenges we face start first as a thought. We create our environment and experience to it with out thoughts. We give those thoughts power by adding emotion to it. When I am working out, nothing bothers me. I find myself battling with myself to create a better version of myself.
Imagine a place where we continue to create the best versions of ourselves in order to create the best world we can live in. Not distracted by what society deems normal. Sounds pretty amazing, if you ask me. I find that place through the numerous workouts I do both physically and mentally.
Dancing in one of the best releases we can have. It combines sound, movement and emotion in one place. You burn calories with out thinking. You find the energy to keep going because most cases you are having fun. I do not know about you but even now, I want to dance with somebody like the song.
